4. User Content
Your Photos
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant Decor8 AI a limited license to process and transform them to provide our services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload or use content that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malicious code or harmful content
- Is obscene, defamatory, or harassing
- Violates the privacy of others
5. AI-Generated Content
Designs generated by our AI are provided for visualization purposes. You receive a license to use generated designs for personal and commercial purposes (within your subscription tier), but Decor8 AI retains rights to the underlying AI models and technology.
6. Subscription and Payment
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods, except as required by law or at our discretion.
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance.
7. API Terms
If you use our API, you additionally agree to:
- Use API credentials only for authorized purposes
- Not exceed rate limits or abuse the API
- Not resell API access without authorization

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. DECOR8 AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that AI-generated designs will be accurate, suitable for your purposes, or achieve any particular result. Designs are for visualization only and should not replace professional advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECOR8 AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Decor8 AI and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
