Decor8.ai Affiliate Program Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By joining our Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms. Any breach may result in termination of the affiliate's participation and forfeiture of earned commissions.

2. Approval or Rejection of Application
We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program Application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Affiliate Program Application.

3. Affiliate Restrictions & Abuse Prevention
- Affiliates may not use unethical or misleading promotional techniques, including spamming, using auto-generated content, or engaging in click fraud.
- Affiliates are prohibited from making false or exaggerated claims regarding Decor8.ai products.
- Affiliates cannot create websites or social media accounts that impersonate or misrepresent the Decor8.ai brand.
- Affiliates may not offer unauthorized discounts, coupons, or incentives.
- Affiliates may not utilize pay-per-click (PPC) advertising without written consent from Decor8.ai.
- The use of negative keywords in PPC campaigns associated with the Decor8.ai brand name is strictly prohibited.

4. Commission Eligibility
- Commission is paid only for legitimate and completed transactions. Transactions deemed fraudulent, illegal, or canceled will not receive commission payments.
- Affiliates may not earn commissions on their purchases.
- Decor8.ai reserves the right to withhold or cancel commissions derived from violating the TOS.

5. Commission Payment
- Payments will be made on a schedule determined by Decor8.ai.
- Affiliates must provide accurate payment details and are responsible for any associated fees from their payment provider.
- There is a minimum payment threshold that affiliates must meet before being eligible for payment.

6. Termination for Abuse
- Decor8.ai can terminate the affiliate's participation if we determine (at our sole discretion) that they are abusing the program.
- Termination for abuse includes, but is not limited to, violation of the Affiliate Restrictions & Abuse Prevention clause.
- Upon termination, the affiliate forfeits any earned commissions.

7. Right to Modify Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on Decor8.ai.
- Affiliates should regularly review the TOS to be aware of changes. Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of changes.

8. Liability
- Affiliates participate at their risk and Decor8.ai will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or any other damages arising from the affiliate’s participation.

9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Decor8.ai is incorporated.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

11. Compliance with Rewardful's Terms of Service

Affiliates acknowledge and agree that the Decor8.ai Affiliate Program operates on the Rewardful.com platform, and as such, is subject to Rewardful’s Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
Affiliates are required to review and comply with Rewardful’s Terms of Service, available at GetRewardful’s Terms.
Any violation of Rewardful’s Terms is deemed a violation of these Terms and may result in termination of the affiliate's account with Decor8.ai and forfeiture of any earned commissions.
Decor8.ai is not liable for any loss, damage, or other claims arising from the affiliate's violation of Rewardful’s Terms of Service.
